I was traveling from Florida to Lawrence and as I got to KC, a lot of warning lights came on when the shift handle was hit by my cell phone. I stopped into Crown Toyota as soon as I got to Lawrence and Noel Taylor looked at the lights. The shop was slammed and he couldn't see me, but he grab a diagnostic tablet to see if he could assess/correct the signals. When he couldn't with his device, he had a technician come over to plug a computer into the car, and he was able to see the error situations. They reset the alarms - not guaranteeing it would work, but I have been driving the car for over a week later and all seems good. I want to thank Noel and the Crown team for going out of the way to help very concerned Out-of-Towners. Thanks so much. Definitely impressed with their support!

Family have bought many cars from Crown and still have an RAV 4 and Camry from Crown. Even though they didn’t have exact pre owned car I was looking for this time they were extremely professional and helpful. Myk, Zach and Randy are great. Heads up for everyone, it took me several phone calls and a good hour after the fact to get the $100 instant tire rebate I should have gotten when tires were purchased. Read your invoice carefully and ask questions if it doesn’t look right. Ask questions anyway bc the invoice is confusing a hell. I will say that Ryan walked me thru it and gave me the instant rebate, but it should NOT have been this difficult
