“ I was traveling from Florida to Lawrence and as I got to KC, a lot of warning lights came on when the shift handle was hit by my cell phone. I stopped into Crown Toyota as soon as I got to Lawrence and Noel Taylor looked at the lights. The shop was slammed and he couldn't see me, but he grab a diagnostic tablet to see if he could assess/correct the signals. When he couldn't with his device, he had a technician come over to plug a computer into the car, and he was able to see the error situations. They reset the alarms - not guaranteeing it would work, but I have been driving the car for over a week later and all seems good. I want to thank Noel and the Crown team for going out of the way to help very concerned Out-of-Towners. Thanks so much. Definitely impressed with their support! ”
